Please include $3.00 for postage and handling for all orders up to $30.00. For orders above $30.00 please include 10% of total order. Foreign orders add $2.00 extra to shipping and handling total. Maryland residents please add 6% sales tax. Maryland school systems and libraries may deduct 20% discount on books ordered.
