Ever turn a rock over in the woods and find all sorts of mysterious creatures? Find out more about them and the rest of the “decomposers” that make plant and animal life on earth possible! We will:
- look through a microscope to see fungi and bacteria
- get a closer look at the creepy crawlies who spend their lives on the forest floor
- make crafts and play games
- sample mushrooms from ALL CAPS Farm
At All Caps, Felipe is also working with his team to develop the Mush Hub, a creative hub that brings together mushrooms, art, and education.
All Caps began as a curiosity-driven space for fungi, and today we’re building the Mush Hub: an education, experience, and innovation platform where we explore mycelium through workshops, art, materials, and design to turn curiosity into creative, real-world impact. Felipe’s presentation will cover how the Mush Hub started, current and future projects we have coming up, and what kind of collaborators we are looking for.
