Lectures & Workshops

Fifty-one percent of Americans fear snakes — a fear more common than public speaking, heights and flying, according to a Gallup poll from 2001, the last time the organization surveyed people’s fears. Ironically, however, humans are a greater threat to snakes. Join us as we take a deeper look into the threats and challenges that rattlesnakes face and how we can conserve these imperiled animals with Tiffany Bright, the Southeast Regional Director of The Rattlesnake Conservancy

Tiffany Bright is a Florida Master Naturalist and Wilderness EMT with special training in natural resources advocacy. She is an Outdoor Educator with certifications in environmental experiences for early childhood, urban forests and environmental education for grades prek-8.
